Summer Camp Grants

The Boosters provide Summer Camp Grants to eligible LFHS student-athletes in support of their participation in summer athletic camps.

This grant is available to all current freshmen, sophomores and juniors attending the Lake Forest High who participate in a recognizedo inter-scholastic sport and attend a sports camp (including camps sponsored by LFHS and/or the Lake Forest Recreation Department) during the Summer. The grant will pay the actual cost of the camp up to $150.

Would you like to apply for a Summer Camp Grant?

***You must complete both the Summer Camp Grant Interview Sign Up AND the Summer Camp Grant Form.  Both links are below.***

  1. Sign up for an interview date and time ONLINE ONLY at Summer Camp Grant Interview Sign Up.  Interview dates are May 15, May 17, May 18, May 22 and May 23.
  2. Please complete and submit the Summer Camp Grant Form.
  3. Interviews take place in the Booster Store, except May 18 & May 23rd which will be held in Room 213.
  4. After the camp, write a Follow Up Letter describing the camp and the benefit to you.  Mail the Letter with Proof of Payment for the camp to:
